One day after I owned it for about 2 months and used it daily, the selector button stopped working. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in it but it still didn’t work. It was past the Amazon return point. I looked up the company’s customer support number. I called and after a short wait I spoke with a representative named Rey. He was very kind and friendly. He understood my problem. He asked me to take a short video and send it to him. He got the video and immediately arranged for a replacement unit to be sent to me. I thanked him and went on with my day. The next day I was going to put the original unit back in the box and was going to look for a place to recycle small appliances. Before I packed it up I decided to try the button once more, even though I tried it multiple times after speaking with Rey the day before. Well, for some reason it started working again. I immediately contacted Rey to tell him that the unit was working again, and that he didn’t need to send a replacement.
