Customer Review: This frother is fantastic if you like stiff foam and I highly recommend it! I haven’t tried the other froth types in this frother so I can’t comment on the others. The frother is fast and extremely quiet! It can go in the dishwasher which is great. It has a nice sleek design and is fairly sturdy with a handle and spout for pouring the milk. A couple of minor negatives which don’t change my high review are that it doesn’t beep when done so you have to watch it, but it is fast so it doesn’t take long. You also have to let it air dry after putting it in the dishwasher so the bottom part dries out that touches the electrical base, so be sure to allow plenty of time to wash it before you need to use it. Or you can hand wash it and keep the base dry. Hopefully, this frother will last a long time. I have had it for about 1 month.I have tried a couple of other frothers including the Instant Pot frother and the Paris Rhone one. The Instant Pot frother was not instant and took a long time to froth (3-5 minutes). It also didn’t make stiff froth that I like. The Paris Rhone one made nice stiff froth, but it stopped working within the warranty time. I got a free replacement from the manufacturer, but the 2nd one started leaking after only a short time and eventually sparked at me when I used it one time which was very scary!

We had the same product for 7 + years worked well and made extremely sturdy. So we did a return and replace. The product was fine. Works well, well made, excellent frother would buy again and again. Costly, but well made, usually.Wide variety of heat settings from cold brew milk to hot chocolate. Temperature control is easy to use and reliable. Button push start is simple. Spin element creates a wonderful froth form cold to hot and everywhere in between. The unit is well made not too big or too heavy. The frothing cup is not too thick or heavy. I would buy again. My only issue was the companies quality control, we have many of there products never an issue before.

So here goes.First: Packaging and the small details mean a LOT to me. It shows the company cares about your full experience with their product. This milk frother had me excited from the moment i started opening the box. It has a great manual (read it all before use people!), was packaged well without making me want to rip anything apart, but it was once i started seeing the machine that i noticed the attention to detail. The cord wrap under the machine that allows for the cord to be wrapped up and come out from several angles so you don’t have to try to hide the “ugly” power cords (let’s admit, no one likes dealing with cords!). There is a lovely almost mod-sculpted 3 prong plug-in with a hole, which upon reading the manual i discovered is for placing your finger in so you can gently unplug, rather than wrestling to get it out. It might not mean anything to some, but again, those are the details that show me a company wants me to have a great experience with their product fro start to finish. Also, the magnetic disc holder that keeps you from losing the capp/latte attachments is friggin’ brilliant. Honestly, when I read that the machine had a built in holder for it, that is when i decided to buy the machine. Otherwise i just knew it would get lost in the drawers and make me frustrated. Customer Review: This is the best frother ever! After going through 3 other frothers in the past which all seemed to stop functioning for whatever reason, we love this thing. I bought the Nespresso bundle on Black Friday, so the frother came with the machine and I’m so glad it did. We liked it so much that we bought one for my parents who raved about it so much that they bought one for their friend for his birthday (he visited recently and told them how much he was impressed with it). At this point we should be getting commission from Nespresso, but I digress. My parents use it with their creamer (lol) and love using it that way whereas we use it with milk along with our Nespresso pod drinks and it tastes exactly like we went to a cafe. We have yet to use it as a cold frother, but looove starting our day with hot frothed milk as the perfect touch to our coffees. This thing is worth it. We spent well over the cost of the frother alone on other frothers that were not nearly as quality. The only thing that’s a bit annoying is that there’s always a milk biofilm at the very bottom of the frother after use and rinsing, so I have to carefully wipe it out each time rather than just rinsing thoroughly with hot water. We also sometimes will froth water in it to rinse it more thoroughly since it heats during that process. Great product. If you’re in the market for a frother, invest in this one. Customer Review: This is, far and away, the best frother I’ve owned and I’ve only had it for a few hours. It beats the pants off of the frothers from Nespresso, which are almost twice the price! Let me explain why.First, and probably foremost on my mind, the carafe is dishwasher safe and much easier to handle than the giant all-in-one units most other manufacturers offer. I have zero skills at latte art, but there’s actually a chance I might figure it out with this one.Second, the whisk part is much larger, allowing it to do a better job of aerating the milk and making a really nice, fine foam. It’s not going to be quite as good as you would get from a steam frother on a proper espresso machine, but it’s better than what I’ve ever seen from other brands.Third, the user interface is dead simple. Tap the button for temperature, choosing from one of three settings (cold, warm, and hot). Tap the button for froth level, again choosing from three settings (none, latte, and cappuccino), then tap the green start button and she’s off to the races. The one I bought with my Nespresso Citiz years ago required an arcane combination of pushing and holding buttons to choose different temperatures and you had to swap the whisk for a paddle attachment, both of which were tiny and easy to lose track of, to choose your froth level.And fourth, the price can’t be beat. Seriously, unless you want a cheap knockoff of the premium brands, you’re going to spend north of $100 for one. Customer Review: I purchased this to make heated milk and molasses. It worked beautifully the first 8 times. 35 days after purchasing, it no longer frothed. I could no longer return it through amazon and the Instant company is making me jump through hoops just to get information over to them. I added the information online, including the pic of the product label (as asked). Then I was sent an email and was asked for the product label again along with photos, a video and other information about the issue. I hadn’t heard back so I contacted the chat. They told me I would get an email within 5-15 minutes. I did, asking me now to upload a video to Google Drive, which I have no idea how to do. Please do yourself a favor and purchase a frother from another company. This is not worth your time. I’ve pretty much figured out it is the whisk that’s not working properly but to have to go through all of this, isn’t worth it.I felt the need to add to this review. After all that I went through to prove that the frother wasn’t working, customer service said they were sending me out another one. I originally purchased the Instant Magic Froth 9 in 1, with a stainless steel pot. What I received is a cheaper model (Instant Mousseur A Lait 4 in 1), that’s all plastic!!!! I’m not kidding, Do Not Purchase this product. Even the customer service is bad. I’m just so glad I did not purchase this as a gift for someone else.
