When I got it out, the top fell off and the coil had come of the little part so I had some repairs to do before I could use it. When I turned the batteries around, the button got stuck and I couldn’t turn it off! I was able to slide the coil back in place so that wasn’t too difficult. Once I got everything unstuck and repaired and put together, it did do a good job of frothing the half and half. Taking into account the cost, it’s about what I expected – not much.”
